YOU WILL NEED:
-3 eggplants, peeled and cut lengthwise -2 onions, chopped -1/2 cup red wine
and into 1/2 inch thick -1 clove garlic, minced -1 egg beaten
-Salt -1/4 teaspoon ground -4 cups milk
-1/4 cup of olive oil cinnamon -6 tablespoons all-purpose -1 tablespoon butter -1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg flour
-1 pound lean ground beef -1/2 teaspoon fines herbs -Ground white pepper to taste
-Salt to taste -2 tablespoons dried parsley -1 1/2 cups of freshly, grated
-Ground pepper to taste -8 ounce tomato sauce (can) Parmesan cheese
