Souvlaki is a Greek specialty made with tender pieces of meat on a stick.
YOU WILL NEED:
-1/4 cup of olive oil -4 pounds of chicken cut into 1 inch cubes
-1 lemon juiced -2 medium yellow onion, cut into 1 inch cubes
-1/4 cup of soy sauce -Skewers
-3 cloves of crushed garlic -1 teaspoon dried oregano
SERVE WITH: GREEK SALAD AND RICE.
